I recently visited Face To Face Nyc - Day Spa LLC, and overall, it was an okay experience. The staff was friendly, but the service took longer than expected. The massage I received was relaxing, although I've had better. The prices were also a bit high for what was offered. I might consider trying a different spa next time.
