I would not recommend Accrue Partners to anyone who is actively seeking employment assistance. I went to Accrue the earlier part of the year, and requested help in transitioning to a new industry and position.I actually spoke with Patty Comer, the owner of the company, sat down with her and discussed my goals and plans and initially she seemed to be interested.

My first red flag should have been when she passed me off right then and there to one of her employees who could not pronounce my name correctly even though I had relayed it to her. I then sent countless emails to Ms Comer to which I got no reply, only to be introduced to Julie Sass. Same situation - alot of initial excitement and encouragement only to have all emails and phones call ignored.

If you are actively seeking out a job and just need some assistance getting your foot in the door, then Accrue Partners is NOT the place you want to go. Very cold environment and approach to helping others. I would suggest Talent Bridge - where the staffing managers stay in constant touch with you before during and after your placement.

Save yourself the hassles and the endless false hope
