Review of Fusion imaging

I am extremely happy with Fusion and their magnetic Klik display system. I traveled to the Exhibitor Live show in Las Vegas in February 2019 to meet their company representatives, and see the system in person.

We had booked a 10x10 booth at a trade show in New York in November 2019. I had been aware of Fusion for a couple of years and wanted to build a lighter weight booth to save on shipping, drayage, and labor costs--the smaller booth at the New York show seemed the perfect opportunity to try out Fusion's build quality, and since I had seen some elements of the Klik system in person, I was confident enough to give it a go.

Our 10x10 booth had a storage area with a curtain, Sintra boards where we displayed our products (which are fairly lightweight electronics), 2 custom powdercoated shelves to hold literature and complement our red toolbox theme, and a custom backboard where we mounted a Hypervsn 3D hologram fan module plus the large acrylic dome which was required to shield the moving fan blades. Each backwall section attached to the other magnetically, and the Sintra boards and shelves magnetically attached to the backwalls.

I came up with the booth design and worked with Becky to bring it to life. She was fantastic, and we were extremely pleased with the finished product. The Hypervsn rep in California who supplied us with the acrylic dome was also very impressed and wanted to know all about the display company, as he had never seen this sort of portable display that would support the Hypervsn fan. Best of all, the cost of the new display was about the same as if we had modified our larger display and shipped it to the Javits Center in New York. Even our CEO, who helped set up the booth with his son, was pleased. The fabric fit was pretty tight over the tube frame, but it produced a wrinkle-free result, similar to a SEG silicone-channel graphic system.

For anyone who is wondering if the magnetic system will actually hold up, the answer is yes. The magnets are very, very strong and it takes a special twisting action to separate them. We specified extended base feet that provided another point of attachment for 2 backwall sections. I'm happy with that decision--my mantra is better safe than sorry--but the backwall sections would probably have been secure without that additional measure.

Fusion is a great and innovative company that offers features I just haven't been able to find elsewhere. They took all of our custom requests in stride and rose to the occasion. Another plus is that I believe their materials are sourced in the US. At a time when companies with imported parts were notifying us that there would be new surcharges, Fusion kept their prices the same.

I am writing this review because I couldn't find any reviews that specifically mentioned their magnetic Klik system, and wanted to provide this information for the benefit of others. I really appreciate the great job they did, and look forward to working with them on another booth in the future.
