I have had mixed experiences with Freedom Gulch. While some of their products are great, others have been disappointing. The website is easy to navigate, but the customer service can be hit or miss. There have been instances where my inquiries were not addressed in a timely manner. Overall, I would rate the company as average, as there is room for improvement.
