The experience with P A D Development was average at best. I found their services to be satisfactory, but nothing exceptional. I expected more from a company that prides itself on excellence. The communication was decent, but there were some delays in getting updates on the progress. Overall, I would say they are an okay choice if you don't have high expectations.
