I had a very average experience with Maklada. The website was easy to navigate but the customer service was lacking. The response time to my inquiries was slow and I often had to follow up multiple times to get a resolution. The quality of the products was also just okay, nothing exceptional. Overall, I wouldn't say it was a terrible experience, but there's definitely room for improvement.
