While I could nitpick the bar for lackluster cockt...

While I could nitpick the bar for lackluster cocktails, I can't help but find this place a wonderfully charming, dim speakeasy with great, live jazz. It's the best 4am bar in the city, and a place of which I could see the like of a Tom Waits or Charles Bukowski fitting right into (at least when smoking inside was still allowed). For those who couldn't care less about jazz, it's ambience and coziness make for a nice date spot or just for a good conversation had with a friend.
