I recently had the opportunity to interact with Fullmoon simply interactive through their website. While their website design is visually appealing and easy to navigate, I found some aspects of their service to be average. The response time to my inquiries was satisfactory, neither too quick nor too slow.

What disappointed me, however, was the lack of customization options for their products. I was hoping for more flexibility in choosing colors and features, but the options available were limited. The pricing was also on the higher side, considering the average quality of their products.

On a positive note, their customer service was polite and professional. They were quick to address any concerns or issues I had.

Overall, my experience with Fullmoon simply interactive was average. They have the potential to improve and provide better customization options at a more competitive price point.
