Our experience with the tour operator was satisfactory. The tour guide was friendly and professional. However, we felt that the itinerary could have been better planned. Some of the attractions were overcrowded, which took away from the overall experience. The accommodations were decent, but not exceptional. Overall, it was an okay tour.
