We set up an appointment with Brittany per her advice a year before we were ready to buy! She was so professional the entire year we worked with her. She really broke all the information down and prepared us for the market providing unlimited resources. When we were finally ready to look and buy- she was INCREDIBLE. She was constantly sending us new listings but also open to our crazy suggestions and set up all house showings within 24 hours. She was soooooo responsive and quick - she made us feel like we were her only clients. We of course lost some offers due to the market- but Brittanys faith in the process never wavered and was quick to land us in our DREAM HOME. We now live in a house we could have never imagined owning and it's all because of her and the Sharon Quataert real estate team. They have incredible connections in the community that was so helpful in us landing our perfect home. My favorite thing about working with Brittany was she never made us feel pressured to make decisions we weren't confident about just so she could potentially make a sale. She showed us SO many homes and was so patient with us. Im SOSO grateful for her and highly recommend her and her team!!!
