I had a very sad experience on 6/21/19 when I took my new Lexus for the first time at this dealership. I took an appointment for 9 for a recall and thought of getting oil change done at the same time. David Fazio was customer adviser. I checked how much they charge for oil change, upon hearing the price I asked him politely that Nalley Toyota is running a special, He didn't even let me finish my line and retorted in very rude and condescending way "You are not sitting at Toyota, you are sitting at 'Lexus'". When I pointed it out to him about being rude and aggressive for no reason and he shouldn't be like that with his clients. He threw his arms up in air and said "Oh.. Clients now".
At that time, I didn't feel safe leaving my car with him and told him so. At that time he handed me over to another rep Somvang (aka Arnold). Who was kind and professional and really went beyond of my expectations.
I failed to understand why would anyone behave the way David Fazio did for a simple question asked very gently. Thought of sharing it here so that future customers are helped so is dealership who can help themselves by training their employees.
Needless to say I'll think twice going there. If I ever do its would be because of Somvang.
