Today I had the extreme pleasure of speaking with a beautiful soul(you know how you can just tell when you hear the positivity in a voice) her name is Shakai.. I had to set up appointments for upcoming tests and feel blessed to have been transferred to this lovely personable lady.. I have ALWAYS had respectful kind people when dealing with the Broward Health appointment center but I have to give a HUGE SHOUT OUT TO SHAKAI.. I wish more people would be as happy with life like Shakai.. thank you so much for your consideration and help.
