I have been a customer of Titan pcs for two years now and I can say that their service is average. The website is easy to navigate and they have a good selection of products. However, their customer support can be slow sometimes and it is difficult to get a hold of someone when you have a problem. Overall, I would say that Titan pcs is an okay company to do business with.
