I had a mixed experience with the Center for Robot-Assisted Search and Rescue. While their website crasar.org provided a great deal of useful information, I found their customer service to be lacking. The representatives I interacted with were not very knowledgeable or helpful. However, the actual robot-assisted search and rescue technology they use is impressive and has the potential to save lives. Overall, I would rate my experience as average.
