We came specially for the Burger Fest winning burger, as it was announced on FB, to tell us they had not received the meat and come back. I ordered two more burgers that I waited for over an hour, as the place was not full. When I faced the waitress, she glanced over her head. When they finally arrived, the wife's burger was cruel in the middle, although we demanded medium. And when I told the (other) waitress that she was cruel, we were told about why you did not return it. Not "sorry", not "we do another". Well, we will not even trample over there.
