I transacted with the personnel on Keystone Avenue in Indianapolis. It's my opinion this dealership primarily works on volume because they're integrity and customer service is very poor. The car I purchased required immediate and costly repairs. I was told certain work had been done to the car prior to resale. Unfortunately, the parts they used were after market, which don't work well on highly engineered German cars. I had to replace the parts they placed on the car. I was given one key on the day of sale and told another would be located, I would be called, and the key would be given to me. The call never came and after going to the dealership two times to get the promised key, I was told they could not locate the second key and they would split the cost of a new key with me. To sum up this dealership and its personnel in one word I would have to use the word-----sleazy.
