Palmetto Pharmaceuticals LLC is an average company. Their products are decent but nothing exceptional. I have been using their medications for a while now and they have been effective for my condition. However, I have seen better options available in the market. The customer service is also average, nothing to complain about but nothing impressive either. Overall, I would say they are just an average pharmaceutical company.
