I recently engaged with this company for some IT consulting services. The overall experience was satisfactory. The team was knowledgeable and professional, and they provided reasonable solutions to our needs. However, communication could have been more prompt and proactive. There were times when it felt like we had to chase them for updates and progress reports. Additionally, there were a few instances of miscommunication that led to minor delays. Overall, the quality of the service was average, and I would consider working with them again if improvements are made in terms of proactive communication and attention to detail.
