I recently worked with a design company for a project and found their website to be user-friendly and visually appealing. The design work they showcased was of good quality and creativity. However, I found the communication with the team to be a bit lacking. I experienced delays in getting responses to my inquiries, which was frustrating at times. The project was completed within the promised timeframe, but I had hoped for more proactive updates along the way. Despite these communication issues, the end result met my expectations in terms of quality. Overall, while the design work was good, I believe there's room for improvement in customer engagement and communication.
