I recently used the services of this company for some security training. The trainers were knowledgeable and friendly, and the course material was informative. However, I felt that the training facilities could have been better maintained. Also, the communication regarding scheduling and logistics was a bit disorganized. Overall, it was an average experience. 😐 I would recommend more attention to detail and better organization for a smoother customer experience.
