I recently purchased a security system from this company and overall it’s been an average experience. The installation process was smooth and the technician was knowledgeable, but I encountered some difficulties with the product itself. Although the customer service was responsive in addressing my concerns, it took a bit longer than expected to get everything resolved. On a positive note, the design of the product is sleek and modern, blending well with my home decor. I appreciate the effort put into ensuring the security of my property. However, I hope they can work on refining the product functionality and responsiveness. Overall, it’s a decent option if you’re looking for a basic security system. 👍
