The hours aren't great but the staff were very friendly and helpful. I arrived shortly after opening, dropped off my documents at the civil intake desk and was out within 15 minutes.

I'd recommend getting there as close to open as possible but you don't need to get there early. I walked in the front door at around 8:15 and there was no line at security. When I left there was a small one but it looked to be moving quickly.
