I recently used the services of "Study Across the Pond - North America" for assistance with my study abroad application. The website was easy to navigate, and they provided helpful information about studying in the UK. However, I found that the communication with the advisors was somewhat slow, and at times, I had to follow up multiple times to get a response. The application process itself was straightforward, but I wish there were more personalized support and guidance throughout. Overall, I appreciated the resources available on the website but felt that the customer service could have been more attentive and responsive to inquiries. Hopefully, they can improve their communication and provide more individualized assistance in the future. 🌍
