It is not like it used to be. The service is deplorable and no one bother to notify you when your order is delayed or canceled. During my previous order I received 2 straight feet in my shoebox. I returned the package and during the private sale control did not see the problem !!! Customer service doesn't care about your request. No follow-up and no one calls us back despite a promise to do so. Contact other competitors, you will have a better chance of receiving your order.
