I have been attending Pilates Institute Birmingham for a few months now and I can honestly say it's been a game changer for me. The instructors are so knowledgeable and attentive, making sure to correct your form and provide modifications when needed. The studio itself is clean and well-equipped. I have noticed a significant improvement in my posture and overall strength since I started. Absolutely love it here!
