I have been a customer of Did Technology for the past year and I must say, the overall experience has been average. The website is easy to navigate, but the customer service could be improved. The response time from the support team is slow, and sometimes it takes days to get a resolution. However, the products are of good quality and they offer a decent range of options. I hope the company takes steps to enhance their customer support in the future.
