I recently used Groupe etoile routière for my road trip and I must say that their service was average. The website was easy to navigate and the booking process was smooth. However, I was not impressed with the condition of the car I rented. There were several scratches and dents on the exterior which should have been fixed before renting it out. Overall, I would say it was an okay experience.
