The charter service provided by El Lin Charters was underwhelming. The website was not very user-friendly and lacked important information. The booking process was slow and inefficient. The boat I chartered was mediocre and didn't meet my expectations. The crew was okay, but not particularly friendly or attentive. Overall, I was disappointed with my experience and would not recommend this company.
