I have been a customer of Altermove for a few years now and I must say their service has been consistently average. While they have a decent selection of products, their prices are often higher than competitors. The customer support is also lacking, with slow response times and unhelpful agents. Overall, I wouldn't say their service is terrible, but it definitely leaves room for improvement.
