The Beekse Bergen is a very beautiful zoo. You will not find smaller animals such as reptiles or insects here, but rather larger animals such as lions and giraffes. Those animals live in spacious residences compared to other zoos. It is a safari park and you can go on safari, boat, bus, car and walk in 4 fun ways. The bus follows roughly the same route as the car, so they overlap, and when it is quiet you can also just stop by the car to admire the animals up close. Keep doors and windows closed at the car safari because there is really nothing else between you and the animals. Air conditioning on hot days is therefore nice. The boat safari is also highly recommended although the queue should not be too long. Finally, you have really seen everything if you also do the walking safari, also highly recommended.

There are plenty of places to eat and you can really spend an entire day at the park if you want to see everything. There are also possibilities to spend the night.

Finally, a tip for the car safari:
PLEASE NOTE: the giraffes want to lick your car but the tongue of a giraffe is like sandpaper, so make sure you keep some distance, otherwise your paint will be gone in no time.
