I had a mixed experience with Sloane Retail Solutions. Some aspects were good, others not so much. The communication could have been better, as there were times when I had to follow up multiple times for a response. On the positive side, their expertise and knowledge in the retail industry is commendable, and they provided practical solutions to improve our sales. Overall, an average experience.
