Worst experience of our lives! The salesman was so nice, gave us coffee and water. We went over the costs line by line. When we refused an extra package, he would say OK gone. Later we found that he was wolf in sheep s clothing. All packages we thought were out were put back in and he added $24 more in taxes after he assured us all sales taxes were included in original quote. We specifically asked that question.

He is no longer with this dealership but do you think the management would help? We expected to meet with GM but he sent assistant instead who was not in the mood to help. What kind of dealership would not work with an elderly couple and help out. They got us for approximately $200 extra each month.

If you are going to buy from this dealership, please,please take an accountant with you. More to come!
