I have been a customer of Chancel ltd for the past two years and I must say, their services are average. The website, epilepsycongress.org, is a bit slow to navigate and the overall experience is just okay. I think they can improve on their user interface and response time. However, I appreciate their customer support team for being helpful and responsive.
