I had a mixed experience with Servicedock. While their customer service was excellent, their product didn't meet my expectations. I found it difficult to navigate and it didn't have all the features I needed. However, the support team was always helpful and responsive whenever I had any issues or questions. Overall, I rate Servicedock as average.
