I run a company called Vocal Group based in Alcester, Armstrong Bell put a telephone system into our call centre. It gave us much more functionality than we had previous to this. Its given us great transparency with the recording services and the ability to transfer calls to and from our clients when we have technical enquiries. They are great people to deal with and always on hand to help with any enquiries we have.
