I had an overall average experience with Hm Embalagens. The quality of their packaging materials was satisfactory, but their customer service could use some improvement. There were some delays in delivering my order, and the staff was not very responsive to my inquiries. However, once I received the items, they were in good condition and met my expectations. I would consider using their services again, but I hope they can work on their communication and delivery processes.
