I was leading to own property of theirs in olivet mi I had to pay a water bill and light bill that wasntvecen mine.then there was know plumbing basement flooded not stop I paid for it for a couple years I finally got tired of it and gave the house back because it got to the point where I couldn't fix it to live in it
