I recently booked a vacation with Saregama travels and I must say it was an average experience. The booking process was a bit confusing and the customer service wasn't very helpful. However, once we arrived at our destination, everything went smoothly. The hotel accommodations were satisfactory and the tour guide was knowledgeable. Overall, an average experience with room for improvement.
