I had a massage at Northern Lights School Massage and it was an average experience. The massage therapist was friendly and professional, but the overall massage was just okay. The pressure was too light for my liking and I didn't feel like it relieved the tension in my muscles as much as I had hoped. However, the ambiance of the spa was relaxing and the staff were welcoming. I might consider trying a different therapist next time to see if it makes a difference.
