I put off getting my oil changed, thinking I had more time. Last Friday, I discovered that my car's oil life was at 10%! I immediately called a nearby Honda dealership to make an appt, but they were booked all day (understandable). I had to change the oil that day because I would be putting a lot of miles on my car over the weekend for work. I had been to AutoNation Honda before with a different vehicle, but the location is way out of my way. I decided to check them out online anyway. It turned out they had openings that day, and I was able to book my appt online (AutoNation Honda scores major points for that). Within 30 seconds of pulling into the service center, I was greeted by Tony. I told him I just wanted an oil change. He recommended an alignment and explained why it was important. He was on point with his estimation of when my car would be ready. He told me that my air & cabin filters looked good and didn't need to be changed at that time, and he didn't try to sell me on anything beyond what was necessary. I appreciate someone with integrity who doesn't try to pull one over on me. I will definitely be returning to AutoNation Honda for future service!
