Poor Customer Service – No Timely Response

I’m very disappointed with the customer service. There was no proper response within a reasonable time, even after multiple follow-ups. It felt like my concerns were not important to them.

A simple query took far too long to get any attention, and even then, the replies were not helpful. Definitely not the level of support I expected.
