Their facility in Baytown on North Main - Focus at Burnet Bay (fka Baytown RHC) is horrible! The DON and ADON have run off all the good nurses and aides. We have never had a problem the almost two years we have been there until these two came onboard. It seems the corporation doesn't care as they have been complained about many times to them and to the State. Our family member has never had a bedsore or any other problems until they hired this DON and ADON. We have called over and over to the corporation and no one calls us back.
