I cannot thank Sofia and Emily enough for all of their help in securing our new property. With our current lease coming to end, we were very happy to find a property managed by Independent as we have rented through them before and had a great experience.
From the moment we walked in at the inspection, Sofia was happy and bubbly and able to answer any questions. Throughout the application process she kept us informed and things were quick and not stressful at all. Emily was our previous property manager and was kind enough to offer a reference to assist in our application. Even during the past year where we have been renting through another agency and were experiencing issues, Emily offered advice to help resolve these.
Would highly recommend Independent to any tenant or landlord.
