The travel company I used for my recent trip left much to be desired. The customer service was lackluster, and the representatives seemed disinterested in assisting me. The website was confusing, and the booking process was a hassle. The trip itself was average at best, and the accommodations were mediocre. I would not choose this company again for future travels.
