My recent experience with Tico computers has been rather disappointing. The laptop I purchased had several defects, and it took a lot of effort to get a replacement. The customer service was not helpful initially, and it was frustrating. While the replacement laptop is working fine now, the overall experience left me disappointed. I would think twice before considering Tico computers for future purchases.
