I have been a customer of K And S Group for over a year now and I must say their service is average. The website kandsgroup.com is easy to navigate and the products they offer are of decent quality. However, I feel that their customer support system could use some improvement. The response time is slow and sometimes it takes multiple attempts to get a resolution for any issues.
