They had two types of items in a tray. We requested a specific one, but nobody in the front of the store knew which were which. Train your employees to know your product. They took the tray in the back for at least 10 minutes so we thought they were figuring it out, but ends up they gave us the wrong items anyway. We didn't know until we decided to eat them later. By that time, Baums was closed so we called the next morning. This added up to being overcharged by $6. They agreed to exchange the items if we hadn't eaten them. Luckily, we didn't because it wasn't what we paid for and not what we wanted. We returned them this morning. They took the items we had, went into the back of the store, and returned with a sealed box. We asked them why we didn't get them out of the case and they said they got us "fresh" ones from the back, although they felt as if they were just taken from a refrigerator. We weren't happy about that and felt something wasn't right so we went outside and opened the box in the car and there was dried spit or something similar looking on top of the items and one had the chocolate "shell" cracked open.. We went back inside and insisted we get items from the case and that they not leave our sight before they were in our hands. It's a shame we have been customers for 30 years and it comes to this. You hear about this kind of stuff and think it's not real... believe that it is.
