Called to see if quick lane was busy, got transfer...

Called to see if quick lane was busy, got transfered to Taylor who was very short and curt with me on the phone because I didn't have mileage memorized and again all I wanted was oil change and tire rotate. Called back asked for service Mgr and talked with isac, he straightened things out, went in everything is done. Also while at dealership I saw Taylor being a total rude or son to her coworkers. When she left the room I asked if that was Taylor and the worker rounded his eyes and said yes. Her attitude is horrible to customers and coworkers.
