I really wanted to love Grand Rapids Soap CO, but unfortunately, the products did not meet my expectations. The soaps were drying on my skin and the scents were not as pleasant as I had hoped. I also found the packaging to be quite boring and not visually appealing. However, their customer service was excellent and they promptly handled my return and refund.
