I've been a customer of Shop coverages insurance solutions for several years now and I must say their service is average. The insurance coverage provided is decent and the claims process is fairly straightforward. However, their customer service could be improved. There have been a few instances where I had to wait for a long time to speak to a representative and their response time to emails can be slow. Overall, I would say they are an average insurance provider.
